I am a runner through and through, and like most runners I spend so much time running, I barely have time to do any other sport.  I joined Nikki’s pilates classes to try and counteract some of the aches and niggles brought on by races and high mileage.  I was amazed at the core strength and stability that I lacked, and how weak some of my muscles were.  Since going regularly to Nikki’s classes my core strength has improved no end and any niggles I feel are worked out in the class.  My running has taken on a new edge, with faster times, better form and less injuries.  I can’t recommend Nikki enough.  Anna M x
