After 2 years of pilates, I’m surprised at how far I’ve come with my core and strength. And that I can easily touch my toes again – after struggling to reach past my shins for 10 years! I usually get bored of things after 6 months, but I look forward to every week with nikki, she’s so welcoming and friendly, and suggests levels of exercise for each person in the room. A fantastic class, that’s an easy introduction to exercise (how I started) or to work alongside other exercises to prevent injury.
