First, Pilates. It’s the only form of exercise that I’ve kept going with for any length of time. You can progress at your own rate and tune each class to how you’re feeling that day. It’s improved my balance, flexibility and strength. And we have a laugh, it’s sociable. Second, Nikki. She’s wonderful. Understanding of our limitations but also encouraging and challenging. She knows us all, is unfailingly friendly and cheerful, and makes us feel that we can really do this stuff! Can’t recommend the classes highly enough. Gillian K

Nikki’s Pilates class is excellent. Nikki allows you to work at your own level but always encourages you to stretch yourself (sometimes literally!) safely. There’s a great atmosphere and it’s fun to be there. The best exercise class that I’ve been to. – Gillian K March 2016
